With more than 25 years of high-level experience within the timeshare industry, we saw firsthand how these programs are structured—and why so many owners struggle to exit. What is often presented as a long-term benefit can, over time, become a growing financial obligation with limited flexibility and few clear solutions.

For many owners, the experience follows a familiar path. Rising maintenance fees. Unsuccessful attempts to sell. Confusing contract terms. And eventually, the realization that there is no simple or supported way to move on.

At the same time, the solutions available in the marketplace often added to the confusion. Some relied on unrealistic promises. Others lacked transparency. Many failed to provide a clear, structured path forward.

We believed there should be a better way.
