- Resales
Most timeshares have little to no resale value. Listings can sit for months or years, which results in months or years of maintenance fees lost. - Rentals
Timeshare rentals are usually an upside down proposition (meaning it costs more in maintenance fees to reserve the week, than what can be made from the rental itself). - Transfers
Timeshare transfers are extremely risky and can lead to more liability. In addition, there are scenarios in certain states where timeshare transfers are illegal. We do not recommend this option under any circumstance.
